Toyo Tires Malaysia is committed to conducting its business activities and operations with integrity and without any form of bribery or corruption. We have adopted a zero-tolerance stance against such acts from our Directors, employees and business associates.

 

 

WHISTLE BLOWING

 

As a commitment to a safe and healthy workplace, Toyo Tires Malaysia expects the highest standards of integrity from all our employees and business associates. The Whistleblowing channels are established to help all stakeholders to raise concerns, without fear of retaliation, on any wrongdoing that they may observe and experience. Our aim is to create an environment of trust to protect the company's brand and reputation.

 

Acting in Good Faith

All parties are expected to act in good faith and have reasonable grounds when reporting a Whistleblowing complaint. If any allegations are proven to be malicious, parties responsible may be subject to appropriate action, up to and including legal action, where applicable.

 

Protection from Retaliation

Any party that retaliates against someone who has reported a wrongdoing in good faith may be subject to appropriate action, up to and including legal action, where applicable.
