What is Nano Balance Technology<\/h6><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-text-block\"><div class=\"vce-text-block-wrapper vce\" id=\"el-fc71e442\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-fc71e442\"><p>Nano Balance Technology is a proprietary development platform for rubber materials that combines material properties, analysis data, analysis methods and forecast data and is thus able to predict the properties of rubber compounds with high precision.<br><br>Material development has always been a lengthy and cost-intensive process in tyre development. A tire consists of up to 10 different rubber compounds, which are optimized for the respective areas and purposes. In today\u2019s tyre development, new compounds are developed on the basis of existing compounds. Testing their performance currently only works by mixing and testing the rubber compound. This is a very time-consuming and costly process. With the help of material informatics (MI), Toyo Tires has been working on the prediction of formulations and physical properties since 2018.
